Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?Return and Refund Policy Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Restocking Fee & Merchant Fees: A restocking fee may apply, which is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the product and distributor. Additionally, any non-refundable merchant processing fees incurred at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, mounted wheels, and painted products. Items that have been installed, used, or modified. Any product not in its original condition or missing components. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at team@performoffroad.com or 910-487-5964 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.

Do you offer installation services for parts?Yes, we provide professional installation services. We can install customer provided parts, and we sell parts in store and online that we can install. However, installation is conducted at the customer's risk, and Performance Off Road is not liable for any damage during or after installation.

Is Performance Off Road liable for any damages to my vehicle?We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using yours or our products or our services. Our liability is limited to the product’s purchase price. By signing our repair authorization policy, you release us from liability for damages to your vehicle while it is in our possession.

What is the vehicle pick up and authorization policy?Vehicle Pick-Up & Authorization Terms By scheduling vehicle pick-up or drop-off with Performance Off Road, you authorize us to service, transport, or store your vehicle as required. You must provide valid ID and proof of ownership. Any third-party pick-up must be pre-authorized in writing. Performance Off Road is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. Unclaimed vehicles after 7 days may incur storage fees.
