Our services include suspension work such as lift and leveling kits, shocks, struts, steering stabilizers, control arms, alignments, and custom setups. We handle diesel and engine performance with intakes, exhaust systems, street-legal tuners and programmers, turbo upgrades, fuel system components, brakes, axle and gear upgrades, transmission support, towing and hauling packages, and diesel engine repair. We provide complete wheel and tire services including sales, aggressive off-road packages, dismount, mount, balance, rotations, and TPMS support. Our shop also offers armor and recovery products like bumpers, skid plates, rock sliders, winches, hitches, and recovery gear, along with lighting and electrical upgrades including LED light bars and pods, switch panels, dual battery systems, onboard air, and compressors. Yes. When you purchase parts from Performance Off Road, our team can install them for you in our shop. We handle lift kits, wheels and tires, bumpers, lighting, diesel performance upgrades, and most other bolt on accessories. Buying and installing through us ensures that the parts are fitted correctly, perform as intended, and are backed by our professional service.

In most cases, yes. Performance Off Road can install parts you bring to us as long as they are the correct fit for your vehicle and meet our shop’s quality and safety standards. Please note that we cannot guarantee or warranty parts that were not purchased directly from us, and installation may require additional labor if parts are incomplete or do not fit properly. If you are unsure about a part, contact us first so we can confirm compatibility before scheduling installation.

Yes, products may be returned if they meet our return policy requirements. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within the allowed return window. Certain special-order or custom parts may not be eligible for return. If you’re not sure whether your product qualifies, call or visit us and we’ll be happy to go over the details with you before you make a purchase.

Return and Refund Policy Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Restocking Fee & Merchant Fees: A restocking fee may apply, which is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the product and distributor. Additionally, any non-refundable merchant processing fees incurred at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund. Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, mounted wheels, and painted products. Items that have been installed, used, or modified. Any product not in its original condition or missing components. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at team@performoffroad.com or 910-487-5964 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.

Performance Off Road takes great care with every installation and upgrade, and our technicians follow professional standards to protect your vehicle. If damage is caused directly by our work, we will take responsibility and make it right. However, we cannot be held liable for issues related to pre-existing wear, manufacturer defects, parts supplied by outside vendors, or improper vehicle use after leaving the shop. Before any major build or installation, we review the scope of work with you so expectations are clear and your vehicle is protected.

Yes. Most products sold at Performance Off Road include the manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, all installation work performed by our shop is backed by our own workmanship warranty. This means that if an issue arises because of the way a part was installed, we will stand behind our work and take care of it. Warranty coverage for the parts themselves will follow the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. If you ever have a problem with a product or installation, bring it back to us and we will help determine the best solution.

Performance Off Road makes every effort to keep vehicles safe while they are on our property. Our shop and lot are monitored, and we take precautions to protect customer vehicles. However, we cannot control the actions of the public, and we are not responsible for theft, vandalism, or personal items left inside a vehicle. We recommend removing valuables before drop off. If damage or theft were ever to occur, we will assist you with documentation to provide to your insurance company.

Performance Off Road requires customer authorization before beginning any work. Estimates and recommendations are reviewed with you, and we will only proceed once you approve the parts and labor. For vehicle pick up, all balances must be paid in full before release. Vehicles should be picked up promptly after the work is complete. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles left on the lot beyond a reasonable period. Storage fees may apply if a vehicle is not picked up within the agreed timeframe.
