Refund Policy

Performance Off Road Return Policy

All Sales Final: All sales are final and non-refundable.

Store Credit: Eligible items in original, unused condition may qualify for store credit, minus a restocking fee. Custom orders, clearance items, and any installed or used parts are non-returnable.

Special Orders: Refunds for special orders are provided in cash only under specific conditions; otherwise, store credit will apply.

Repair Authorization Policy (To be signed before work begins)

Authorization and Estimate Agreement

By signing this form, you (the customer) acknowledge your right to an estimate for the requested repairs or services. Your final bill will not exceed the estimated amount unless additional work is authorized by you. Should the original estimate need adjustment, we will notify you and secure your approval before proceeding.
Approval for Repairs and Modifications

I, the registered owner/customer, authorize Performance Off Road / Fayetteville Roadside LLC to perform the listed repairs/modifications and supply the necessary materials. I understand that any quoted costs are estimates only.
Liability and Risk Disclaimer

Performance Off Road / Fayetteville Roadside LLC employees may operate your vehicle for inspection, testing, or delivery at your risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle or items left inside. Please note that your personal auto insurance policy may not cover damages while the vehicle is in a repair facility.
Release of Liability

By signing, you release Performance Off Road / Fayetteville Roadside LLC from any liability for damages to your vehicle while it is in our possession.
Mechanic’s Lien and Collection Terms

An express mechanic’s lien is acknowledged on the vehicle to secure payment for repairs, including charges from any previous agreements. In case of legal action for payment collection, you agree to cover reasonable collection costs and attorney fees.
Vehicle Storage and Incomplete Repairs

If authorization for additional repairs is delayed or not provided, a fee may be charged for vehicle disassembly, reassembly, or partially completed work. A daily storage fee may apply to vehicles not picked up within the specified time following completion notification.
Important: By signing below, you agree that all sales are final, with no cash refunds issued except for specific conditions on special orders. Store credit may be issued for other eligible cases.
