1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Products must be unused, unmounted, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

• Any product that has been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return.

• Special order items and custom products cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting our customer service team.

• Returns sent without an approved RA number will not be accepted.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy.

3. Restocking Fees

• A restocking fee will be applied to returned items. This fee is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the return and the policies of the product’s distributor.

• The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Any custom-made or special-order products.

• Items that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.

• Products missing original packaging or components.

5. Refunds & Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed once the return has been received, inspected, and approved.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable processing fees.

• Credit card processing fees incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges & Replacements

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or exchange.

• Replacement approvals will be handled according to the terms set by the product’s distributor.
