This is a prorated mileage credit, subject to eligibility, even wear to the wear bars, documented maintenance and rotations, original proof of purchase with installation mileage, the 60-month condition, use on intended road surfaces and noncommercial service. Rear tires on staggered fitments receive 50% of the stated mileage coverage. Replacement, installation and other charges may apply.
Toyo limited workmanship/materials coverage applies to eligible original-purchaser U.S. replacement tires on the original vehicle, with correct fitment, use, maintenance and inspection. Covered defects other than uniformity issues qualify for free replacement through 25% usable-tread wear within 60 months of purchase; later eligible replacement within that period is prorated. Without the original invoice, the DOT manufacture date is used. Qualifying free replacement includes mounting and balancing, but taxes and other charges apply; prorated replacements also carry installation costs. Uniformity claims are limited to the first 1/32 inch of wear. Road-hazard damage is excluded. Purchase-date terms control.
