The Toyo Proxes Sport A/S+ 245/40R20 pairs the 99Y service description with XL (Extra Load). Ultra-high-performance all-season road tire for sports cars, sedans and compatible SUV/crossover applications. Its asymmetric tread uses a firm outer rib for cornering support and more closely siped inner ribs for wet and dry braking and light-snow traction. This is a prorated mileage credit, subject to eligibility, even wear to the wear bars, documented maintenance and rotations, original proof of purchase with installation mileage, installation within 60 months of purchase, use on intended road surfaces and noncommercial service. Rear tires on staggered fitments receive 50% of the stated mileage coverage. Replacement, installation and other charges may apply.
Toyo limited workmanship/materials coverage applies to eligible original-purchaser replacement tires purchased and used in the United States after March 2015, on the original vehicle, with correct fitment, use, maintenance and inspection. Unauthorized-channel imports, used tires and original-equipment tires are excluded from this replacement-tire policy. Covered defects other than uniformity issues qualify for free replacement through 25% usable-tread wear within 60 months of purchase; later eligible replacement within that period is prorated. Without the original invoice, the DOT manufacture date is used. Qualifying free replacement includes mounting and balancing, but taxes and other charges apply; prorated replacements also carry installation costs.
